What we collect
When you request an appointment, contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, or visit the clinic, we may collect contact details and the information you choose to provide. During care, we may also collect identity, insurance, medical and dental history, clinical photographs and scans, treatment records, consent records and payment information where needed.
How we use your information
We use personal data to respond to enquiries, arrange and confirm appointments, plan and deliver dental care, keep clinical and consent records, process payments, provide reimbursement documents, send service communications, meet legal and regulatory duties, protect patients and the clinic, and improve our services. We do not submit insurance pre-approvals or bill insurers directly.
Who we share with
We share information only where necessary and permitted: with healthcare professionals and laboratories involved in your care; payment and technology providers; regulators or authorities where required; and an insurer if you ask us to provide or send claim-support information. Service providers may process data outside the UAE under their own terms and applicable safeguards. We do not sell personal data.
Website forms and contact providers
The website appointment form does not send data to a Madeel website database. It opens a pre-filled message in WhatsApp or your email application, depending on the option you choose. You must send the message in that app to complete the request. WhatsApp is provided by Meta and email is handled by your chosen email provider; their privacy terms also apply. The Google Maps location may send technical data to Google when the map loads.
Analytics and marketing measurement
If configured, Google Analytics 4 may measure website use and Meta Pixel may measure advertising performance. Neither is loaded until you give the corresponding consent in our privacy choices panel. Rejecting optional tracking does not affect access to the site. You can change or withdraw a choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.
How long we keep it
Clinical and financial records are kept for periods required by applicable UAE healthcare, tax and legal requirements. Enquiries and other non-clinical communications are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose, disputes, security or legal obligations. A deletion request remains subject to mandatory retention duties.
Your rights
Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion (subject to medical record retention requirements); object to processing; and withdraw consent. Security
We use reasonable administrative, physical and technical safeguards, including access controls and staff confidentiality measures. No website, email or messaging service is completely secure. We assess incidents and notify affected people or authorities when required by applicable law.
Cookies
The site uses essential browser storage for theme and consent preferences. Optional Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel technologies are used only after the relevant consent and only when configured. You can accept all, reject optional tracking, choose analytics and marketing separately, or reopen Cookie settings from the footer.
Children
We treat pediatric patients with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Personal data of children under 18 is collected only from the consenting adult and used only for the child's dental care.
Updates to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in regulation or how we operate. The 'last updated' date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We will notify you of material changes through the clinic or by direct message.
