Terms of service

The terms that govern your use of the Madeel Dental Center website and the clinical services we provide. By using our site or booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Madeel Dental Center is a Medical Center operating in Ajman under UAE Ministry of Health & Prevention (MOHAP) facility licence MOHAP-100081-2025, establishment reference 5751. The facility licence is separate from each clinician's professional licence. These terms apply to madeel.ae and services provided at our premises.

Booking an appointment

Appointments can be requested via WhatsApp, phone, email, or the website form. The form opens a pre-filled message in WhatsApp or your email app; you must send it there. A request is not a confirmed appointment — we will reply to confirm the slot, clinician and preparation. Treatment-specific quotes are provided after clinical assessment.

Cancellation and no-shows

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows make it harder to offer the slot to another patient. We may apply a deposit or short-notice fee for repeated late cancellations, communicated in advance.

Treatment, consent and clinical records

All treatments are explained to you before they begin. You will be asked for written informed consent for any procedure beyond a basic examination or cleaning. We keep clinical records (notes, X-rays, scans, photographs) as required by UAE healthcare regulations. You have the right to a copy of your records on request.

Payment and insurance

Fees are quoted in UAE Dirham (AED) and are payable as agreed. We work on a reimbursement-only basis: you settle Madeel's fee and submit your own claim, and we provide an itemised invoice and available supporting documents. We do not directly bill insurers or submit pre-approvals. Coverage and reimbursement decisions are made solely by your insurer.

Communications

When you give us contact details, we may use them for your enquiry, appointment confirmations, reminders and care-related follow-up. Marketing measurement technologies are controlled separately through the website privacy choices panel. You can ask us to stop non-essential communications at any time.

Use of the website

Content on madeel.ae — including text, photographs, illustrations, and the clinic's name and marks — is the property of Madeel Dental Center or its licensors. You may share links to our pages freely. You may not copy substantial portions of the site, reproduce our clinical photographs, or use the Madeel name or logo in any commercial context without written permission.

Medical information disclaimer

Content on this website is general information about dental conditions, treatments and clinic services. It is not a substitute for a consultation with a qualified dentist. Do not rely on website content for diagnosis or treatment decisions — book a consultation so we can examine you and give specific advice.

Limitation of liability

We take reasonable care in providing clinical services and in publishing accurate information on this website. Our liability for the website itself is limited to direct losses caused by our negligence. Clinical care is provided to the standards required by UAE healthcare regulations; any complaint about clinical care can be raised with us or the UAE Ministry of Health & Prevention (MOHAP).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of Ajman.
